German Pinto Aceves

German is a specialist in Administrative Law and Public Procurement. With over 24 years of experience, he worked in the State Civil Protection System of Jalisco, where he served as Director of Evaluation and Monitoring for the State Civil Protection and Firefighters Unit. He was responsible for the comprehensive planning of Civil Protection and is trained in Integrated Disaster Risk Management, with experience in Risk Atlases, Early Warning Systems, Emergency Operations Center Management, and Strategic Planning.

Desde 2013, colabora como Consultor de Capacidad Ampliada (Surge CapacitySince 2013, he has collaborated as a Surge Capacity Consultant in Mexico for the Regional Disaster Assistance Program for Latin America and the Caribbean of USAID’s Office of Humanitarian Assistance. He is also certified as an Internal Auditor for Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. In recent years, German has provided Specialized Technical Advisory services for the Integrated Management System (QSHE) on major infrastructure projects, such as Line 3 of the Guadalajara Light Rail in Jalisco and El Cuchillo II Aqueduct in Nuevo León, Mexico.
German holds a Law degree from the National Institute of Trade Union Studies and Public Administration (INESAP) and a master’s degree in integrated management systems - HSEQ from the University of Alcalá, Spain.
