José Martín De La Mora Moreno

Martín is a consultant specializing in sensitive disputes involving regulated sectors. His extensive experience spans government agencies and private firms, including collaborations with various law firms in Mexico.

Between 2001 and 2004, Martín served as an advisor to the Executive Secretary of the Federal Electoral Institute and as a consultant for the Trust "Program for the Improvement of Customs Authorities' IT and Control Systems." Previously, he held key roles in the Ministry of the Interior, such as Deputy Coordinator of Analysis and Chief Advisor for Dialogue and Negotiation in Chiapas, as well as Private Secretary to the Coordinator for Dialogue and Negotiation in Chiapas.
In the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, Martín was the Administrator of Internal Coordination within the General Legal Administration of Revenue. He also held positions at the Mexican Coffee Council and the Mexican Coffee Institute.
Internationally, Martín served as a consultant for the World Bank's Training, Technical Assistance, and Research Project (PROCATI) under the former Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources. Additionally, he held various top ranked positions at the Ministry of Commerce and Industrial Development, particularly in the General Directorate of Technology Transfer.
Throughout his career, Martín has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing and advising on complex disputes in both the public and private sectors.
Martín graduated from the Faculty of Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. His academic background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of various branches of law, enabling him to provide effective and strategic legal solutions.
