He also held positions at the Mexican Coffee Council and the Mexican Coffee Institute.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Internationally, Mart\u00edn served as a consultant for the World Bank's Training, Technical Assistance, and Research Project (PROCATI) under the former Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources. Additionally, he held various top ranked positions at the Ministry of Commerce and Industrial Development, particularly in the General Directorate of Technology Transfer.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout his career, Mart\u00edn has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing and advising on complex disputes in both the public and private sectors.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mart\u00edn graduated from the Faculty of Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
