In these roles, she led the management of complex administrative procedures, issued legal opinions, and oversaw contracts and key regulatory projects for the national railway system.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Recognized for her ability to design regulatory compliance strategies, Laura has participated in national and international forums on administrative law, transparency, and human rights. She is an active member of professional legal and academic associations and has taught courses and led discussions on topics such as access to information, administrative law, and women\u2019s participation in strategic sectors.
