On 22 May 2026, the ICC published the new version of its Arbitration Rules (the \u201c2026 ICC Rules\u201d), which entered into force on 1 June 2026 and apply, as a general rule, to arbitrations commenced on or after that date.<\/p>\n

The 2026 ICC Rules represent the first comprehensive revision since 2012 and signal a material shift in the ICC\u2019s approach to arbitral administration: more agile, less formalistic proceedings with a significantly stronger digital foundation.<\/p>\n
