Laura González Hernández

Laura holds a Law Degree (2011-2015) with a Master’s in Constitutional Law and Amparo (2015-2017) and is a Specialist in Legal Education (2020) from the National Bar Association. With over 10 years of experience in the public and private sectors, she specializes in administrative law, tax law, constitutional law, sanctioning procedures, contracts, transparency, and human rights.

At the Railway Transport Regulatory Agency, a decentralized body of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications, and Transport, she served as Head of the Department of Sanction Procedure Analysis (2018-2022) and later as Deputy Director of Administrative Sanction Procedures (2022-2025). In these roles, she led the management of complex administrative procedures, issued legal opinions, and oversaw contracts and key regulatory projects for the national railway system.

Recognized for her ability to design regulatory compliance strategies, Laura has participated in national and international forums on administrative law, transparency, and human rights. She is an active member of professional legal and academic associations and has taught courses and led discussions on topics such as access to information, administrative law, and women’s participation in strategic sectors. Laura combines her strong academic background and practical experience to provide innovative and effective legal solutions, positioning herself as a strategic ally for our clients in major public projects and the resolution of complex matters.
