Yadira is a licensed attorney, graduating with a Law degree from the Universidad de León in 2005, with over 20 years of professional experience in both public and private sectors. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, administrative law, and alternative dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on judicial and extrajudicial debt recovery and the protection of her clients’ assets.
Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive approach to legal dispute management, handling matters from the preventive stage through to final resolution, consistently prioritizing negotiation and alternative methods whenever they best serve the client’s interests.
Her public sector experience includes coordination and analytical review functions at the Registro Público de la Propiedad y del Comercio (Public Registry of Property and Commerce), where she led work teams and supervised the registration of legal instruments. This background affords her a specialized perspective on property registration matters and a unique capacity to anticipate risks in real estate and corporate transactions.
In the private sector, she has advised companies and individuals on the incorporation and regularization of business entities, the drafting, review, and negotiation of corporate, commercial, and government contracts, and legal planning oriented toward asset protection.
