LFIIEDB – Law for the Promotion of Investment in Strategic Infrastructure for Development with Well-Being

On April 9, 2026, Mexico’s Federal Official Gazette published the Decree enacting the Law for the Promotion of Investment in Strategic Infrastructure for Development with Well-Being (“LFIIEDB”) and amending various provisions of the Federal Budget and Fiscal Responsibility Law (“LFPRH”) to align the budgetary framework with these schemes. The LFIIEDB entered into force on April 10, 2026.
